For pieces offering customization, please contact us so we may assist you in selecting from our available wood finishes and leather colors. Custom sizing or design modifications may also be accommodated upon request and may be subject to additional fees.
All customization requests, including leather color and wood finish selections, must be confirmed before your order is finalized.
MADE TO ORDER & LEAD TIMES
We maintain a limited inventory of frames for some of our best-selling furniture designs, along with selected leather colors. If your chosen piece and finish are available, the estimated production lead time is approximately 10–30 days.
Pieces that need to be crafted from scratch typically require approximately 60–120 days or longer, depending on the design and complexity of any hand-carved details.
Please contact us to confirm current availability or to discuss your requirements if you need your furniture by a specific date.
PAYMENT & INSPECTION
A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance due prior to delivery. Full payment must be completed before dispatch. Prior to delivery, you may inspect your completed piece at our facility or by video and sign an Inspection Approval Form confirming that it has been inspected and approved for delivery.
DELIVERY
We work with trusted third-party couriers for deliveries within Metro Manila. Delivery fees vary depending on the size and quantity of the items and the delivery destination.
For long-distance and international orders, professional crating services are available. Please contact us for delivery details and quotations.
