TERMS: A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance due prior to delivery. Full payment must be completed before dispatch. You may inspect your piece at our facility before delivery or arrange a video inspection.
DELIVERY FEE: We work with trusted third-party couriers for deliveries within Metro Manila. Delivery fees are based on the size and quantity of items, as well as the destination. For long-distance or international orders, we offer professional crating services. Please contact us for details and quotes.

Our traditional furniture is handcrafted using fine materials and artisanal finishes, and simple maintenance will help it age gracefully over time.
Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight, extreme heat, or damp areas, as these may affect the wood, leather, fabric, or finish.
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth and wipe spills immediately using a clean, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and excessive moisture.
For wood pieces, use gentle cleaning only and avoid chemical cleaners, dragging objects across the surface.
For leather or upholstered items, keep away from sharp objects, direct heat, and prolonged sun exposure.
Cushions may be fluffed and rotated occasionally to maintain their shape.
When moving furniture, always lift carefully instead of dragging, especially pieces with carved details, turned legs, or delicate trims.
